Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Superintendent to lead field operations in Dallas, TX. You will oversee planning through execution, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction supervision, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of completing complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
• Proven track record of overseeing and completing construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of physical fitness for field conditions.
