Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial/institutional projects. You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors as the onsite representative.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in superintendent roles on large-scale projects and strong knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, and quality control, with proficiency in Procore and MS Office. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this role.

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong background in K-12, higher education, municipal, or public-sector projects (Preferred).
• Proven experience leading projects ranging from $10 million to $100+ million.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Job Details
As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall field operations of assigned projects. You will ensure that all aspects of safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery are executed flawlessly. As our primary onsite representative, you will lead by example, forging strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
