Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is hiring skilled construction laborers to support on active commercial job sites. You will perform general labor, assist trades, and help maintain a safe, efficient site.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy materials, stand all day, and have basic tools. A valid driver’s license is required; OSHA 10/30 is a plus. Pay range is $20–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction labor experience preferred.
• Able to lift heavy materials and stand all day.
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation; valid driver's license.

• Perform general labor on commercial construction sites.
• Load, unload and move materials and tools around the site.
• Assist carpenters, drywallers and other trades as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Set up and clean up work areas, debris, and equipment.
• Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures.

Pay Range:

$20.00/hr. - $24.00/hr.
