Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Concrete Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on projects across Eastern Massachusetts, Southern Maine and Southern New Hampshire.

The role requires leading crews, reviewing scopes, coordinating concrete pumping, and ensuring safety and quality on site. You will prepare daily reports, enforce site regulations, and participate in meetings with project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete construction (forming, rebar, placement, finishing).
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and concrete systems.
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Preferred).
• Hoisting License (Preferred).

Pay Range

Pay Range: $105,000 - $135,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).

• Additional benefits, travel expenses/company vehicle and bonus compensation may be available.
