Resource Options, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction sites in Portland, ME.
You will coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and deliveries while ensuring schedules are maintained and safety standards are followed. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in commercial construction, including ground-up and interior projects, with OSHA 30 and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam/Microsoft Project.

With a strong pipeline of commercial projects—including tenant fit‑outs, mixed‑use retail, and multifamily developments—our client is looking to add team‑oriented professionals who can lead in the field and help drive projects forward. Pay Range: $45.00/hr. - $55.00/hr. Plus overtime opportunities.
