Resource Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior commercial projects across New York City. You will lead multiple trades, manage schedule, safety, and quality, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
Candidate should have 5+ years in commercial construction, 3+ years as a superintendent, and strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is preferred.
