Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior commercial projects across New York City. You will lead multiple trades, manage schedule, safety, and quality, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.

Candidate should have 5+ years in commercial construction, 3+ years as a superintendent, and strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience; at least 3 years as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing NYC commercial projects (ground-up or interior fit-out).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and sequencing.
• Familiarity with NYC DOB inspections, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel may be required in NYC, NY State and NJ.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

• Identify and resolve field conflicts to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower planning, and sequencing.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
