Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Senior Superintendent to lead our Residential Construction team in South Florida. You will oversee all stages from pre-construction planning to final completion, supervise crews, coordinate subs, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience reading architectural drawings. Salary ranges from $125k to $150k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry.
• Proven subcontractor management and coordination across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and supervise teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Certifications such as CCM or PMP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the residential construction process, from pre-construction planning to final project completion.
