Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead our Residential Construction team. You will oversee all stages of the construction process, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

With 5+ years in residential construction, you will liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.
• Experience coordinating and supervising multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and safety regs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• CCM or PMP certification adds advantage.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our Residential Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the residential construction process, from pre-construction planning to final project completion. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and meeting project deadlines. The Senior Superintendent will also play a key role in liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding results that meet and exceed expectations. Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

5. 5. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and safety regulations.
6. 6. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
7. 7. Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant technologies.
8. 8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. 9. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage.
