We're seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain schedule and quality
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report updates to the project manager
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship and adherence to plans
• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and change orders

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem‑solving approach
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
