Qualifications

• 6+ years of Superintendent experience, with significant ground-up construction exposure.
• Experience managing complex commercial, institutional, federal, military, healthcare, university, or government projects.
• Experience with sitework, concrete foundations, and coordination of multiple subcontracted trades.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in highly regulated, process-driven construction environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and following project specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience on military bases or federal projects preferred.
• Stable employment history with a proven track record of project success.
• Ability to travel and support projects across the Carolinas after completion.
• Must meet project eligibility requirements for work on secure military installations.

• Maintain proactive onsite presence and serve as primary field leader throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, who will provide ongoing support and periodic site visits.
