Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent in Charleston to lead all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects. You will manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across the site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up multi-family developments, with strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience with multi-family projects.
• Proven ability to lead field teams on ground-up multi-family developments.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
