Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee daily on‑site activities, maintain schedules, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and building codes.
• Quality Control: Inspect work for quality, address issues promptly, and maintain documentation.
• Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Communication: Serve as the primary on‑site contact, reporting status and issues to project managers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, track materials, and ensure all necessary permits and inspections are completed.
