We are seeking a Superintendent for one of our commercial construction clients in Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience with ground up commercial construction projects and or large-scale multifamily projects.

Title: Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent (Depending on experience)

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Start Date: April 2026

Travel: 2-hour radius around Charleston, SC

Salary: $85k-105k + Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance

Project Types: Multifamily, Hotels, Large Scale Commercial

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operations at the job site, including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crews
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Estimating and ordering the required materials for the project
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed on the job site
• Inspecting the quality of work and materials
• Planning and scheduling the phases of the construction projects
• Communicating project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managers
• Maintaining equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs when necessary

Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience
