Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a 2-year on-site project in Riviera Beach, FL. The role requires leading on-site teams, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring safety and quality on multiple phases of construction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction management, a proven track record with large-scale projects, and proficiency in construction management software; CCM/CSL credentials are a plus. This permanent, on-site position offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a construction management role, preferably as a Senior Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Relevant CCM/CSL certifications would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from pre-construction planning to completion.
• Ensuring that all construction operations are carried out in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Leading and managing the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications.
• Implementing and maintaining safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
• Conducting regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and materials.
• Resolving any work-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Preparing and delivering progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
