Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish. The role supports a fast-paced environment on luxury home builds, driving safety, quality, and timely delivery across multiple sites.

You will manage planning, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety management.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, and ensuring they understand and adhere to job site safety standards.
• Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and resolving any emerging issues.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and meetings, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• 8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 10. Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to influence a positive safety culture.
• 11. Valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training or similar is a plus.
