LeoForce in South Florida is seeking a Permanent Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead and coordinate all phases of luxury home construction projects from start to finish. This role is pivotal for delivering high-quality builds on time, while upholding stringent safety standards.

You will manage planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, working with architects and engineers to ensure flawless execution on ambitious luxury projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on safety management.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Deep understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular safety inspections and meetings, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
