Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale commercial interior tenant improvements in Menlo Park, CA. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale interior tenant improvement projects. This position will work closely with the Project Management team, subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and other project partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial interior tenant improvement projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M–$50M range.
• OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with building management systems, security, fire alarm, mechanical, electrical, data center, and server room environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Understanding of permitting and working with building officials.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
