Job Details

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations
• Proven experience as a lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects
• Experience managing large, multi-trade job sites with aggressive schedules
• Ability to interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Experience coordinating and supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and means and methods
• Experience managing project safety programs and enforcing jobsite safety standards
• Ability to lead daily field operations, including scheduling, coordination, and site meetings
• Experience working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners
• Ability to manage quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Strong leadership presence on-site with ability to drive accountability across trades
• Experience with construction software and field reporting tools
• Ability to manage project closeout, punch lists, and turnover processes
• Strong communication skills with field crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
