Job summary

Job Details

Title: Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance on every jobsite
• Coordinate daily with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify issues
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and progress documentation
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards across all phases of construction
• Travel extensively to active project sites as required

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Proven experience supervising projects in a traveling capacity
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
• Strong safety mindset with a track record of accident-free projects
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (regional and/or national)

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty commercial projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
