Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Superintendent for ground-up projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires leading on-site operations across multi-trade teams, coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, a proven track record on ground-up projects, and the ability to interpret drawings and project documents while driving accountability across trades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations.
• Lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience managing large multi-trade job sites with aggressive schedules.
• Ability to interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience coordinating and supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and means and methods.
• Experience managing project safety programs and enforcing jobsite safety standards.
• Ability to lead daily field operations, including scheduling, coordination, and site meetings.
• Experience working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ability to manage quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Strong leadership presence on-site with ability to drive accountability across trades.
• Experience with construction software and field reporting tools.
