Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for high-profile commercial construction projects in Fort Wayne, IN. You will lead daily field operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinate subs, suppliers, and self-perform crews, and maintain the schedule, safety, and quality.

• Proficiency reading and interpreting plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
• Proficiency developing, updating, and managing construction schedules.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices.
• Proficiency coordinating inspections, deliveries, manpower, equipment, and daily field activities.
• Proficiency documenting daily progress, field conditions, safety activities, and schedule updates.

• Proficiency documenting daily progress, field conditions, safety activities, and schedule updates
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and construction management software
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and short-term deadlines
• Ability to travel to assigned project locations
