Job summary

Leoforce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Mid Level Lead Superintendent to oversee commercial ground-up construction projects. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and owners, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role requires 5+ years in field operations, a proven record as a lead superintendent, and the ability to manage multi-trade teams on fast-paced sites.

Qualifications
