Job summary

Jobot in St. Louis, MO seeks a Superintendent for ground-up commercial construction. You will lead on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, coordinating with PMs, owners, inspectors, and design teams.

Travel extensively to active sites; enforce safety and quality, review drawings and schedules, and manage subs, labor, materials, and equipment to keep the project on track. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience supervising traveling projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.
• Strong safety mindset with a track record of accident-free projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (regional and/or national).

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty commercial projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
