Description

The Superintendent - Civil Sitework - Charlottesville, VA will:

• Lead all sitework, earthwork, utilities, hardscape, and landscape scopes from start to finish
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and coordination with civil engineers and subcontractors
• Oversee schedule adherence, quality control, and safety compliance during early project phases
• Coordinate closely with project management, superintendents, and development teams
• Support procurement, budgeting, and cost control related to exterior construction packages
• Drive issue resolution related to soils, grading, utilities, and municipal coordination
• Ensure smooth transition from sitework into vertical construction activities

Profile

The Superintendent - Civil Sitework - Charlottesville, VA will have:

• Proven experience managing complex sitework and civil construction on large projects

Job Offer
