Responsibilities

The Role

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start-up through close-out
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage quality + schedule performance
• Work closely with Project Managers to drive budgets, timelines, and delivery
• Maintain detailed reporting (daily logs, lookaheads, safety, etc.)
• Enforce quality control and safety procedures across the site
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving

Qualifications
