Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex sitework and civil construction on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sitework, earthwork, utilities, hardscape, and landscape scopes from start to finish.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and coordination with civil engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee schedule adherence, quality control, and safety compliance during early project phases.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and cost control related to exterior construction packages.
