Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent for Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to plan, manage, and execute projects across multiple sites. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and ensure schedule adherence and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction and supervision, with strong MS Office and project-management capabilities, and a proven ability to drive quality and safety on complex industrial projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/engineering.
• 3+ years construction experience and 1+ years field supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and program safety, quality and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care and control.
