Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent I to plan, manage, and execute assigned projects within our Advanced Facilities Group. You will oversee material, equipment, staffing, safety programs, and project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

This role partners with field leadership to align staffing and sequences with project goals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction and 1+ year of field supervision, with a Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
