Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager in the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to lead complex projects across the country, from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and design teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risk, and drive safety and quality on site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 5+ years of construction leadership, with travel and non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages the prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Develops project schedule and manages resources to meet milestones.
• Manages subcontractor and owner pay applications and changes.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to align scope, schedule and budget.
