Job summary

Engtal is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Dallas-Fort Worth team on ground-up commercial projects. Lead day-to-day field operations from site preparation through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, proven supervisory experience on $25M+ projects, and the ability to travel locally as needed. Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 plus vehicle allowance and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong ground-up experience on $25M+ projects.
• Based in DFW and able to travel locally as needed.

A well-established commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its DFW team. The company has a strong pipeline of ground-up work and is looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from early sitework through final closeout.

Projects typically range from $25M–$150M, with work spread throughout the central DFW Metroplex.

The Role:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Manage projects ranging from $25M–$150M
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, logistics, safety, and quality
• Work closely with project management and ownership throughout the full project lifecycle
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams

What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• Strong ground-up experience on $25M+ projects
• Ability to independently manage field operations
• Based in DFW and comfortable traveling locally based on project location
• $125,000–$175,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Vehicle allowance / company vehicle depending on level
