Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Experience in K-12, Higher Education, Municipal or Industrial sectors beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and site safety.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Local to the Dallas/DFW area.

A well-established General Contractor in Dallas is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. They specialize in a diverse range of commercial construction projects across K-12, Higher Education, Municipal and Industrial sectors, with projects typically valued up to $10M.

The Role

As Superintendent, you will take the lead on day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and project teams
