Join a well‑established commercial contractor as a Superintendent leading large, ground‑up projects across Central Texas. This role offers broad responsibility, strong culture, and the chance to deliver major $50M+ builds from start to finish.

Description

As the Superintendent, you will lead daily on‑site operations and partner closely with the Project Manager to deliver complex commercial projects from start to finish.

• Oversee all field operations on large commercial projects ($50M+).
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, inspections, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain stringent safety standards and ensure on‑site compliance.
• Drive quality control and troubleshoot issues proactively throughout the build.
• Deliver projects from initial mobilization through punch‑out and close‑out.
• Communicate with internal project teams and client representatives.
• Champion a collaborative, relationship‑driven jobsite culture.

Profile

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

• A minimum of 7-8 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience working on large‑scale commercial builds ($50M+).
• End‑to‑end project lifecycle exposure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor management skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to safety, scheduling, and quality.
• No multifamily backgrounds for this position.
• Prior lead superintendent experience is not required.
