Job summary

Green Key Resources represents established general contractors seeking Traveling Superintendents for large-scale commercial builds across Texas and surrounding states.

Ideal candidates will lead projects from sitework to closeout, manage scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination, and be comfortable traveling to multiple sites as required.

Qualifications

• Lead projects from sitework through closeout.
• Strong scheduling and safety management experience.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to maintain schedule.
• Enforce safety programs and QA/QC on site.
• Monitor progress and report status to project leadership.

We are actively working with multiple well-respected commercial general contractors that are looking to add Traveling Superintendents to their teams.

These opportunities are with established GCs doing large-scale ground-up commercial work across Texas and surrounding states. Projects include industrial, distribution, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and other large commercial developments.

• Ability to lead projects from sitework through closeout

• Comfortable managing fast-paced jobsites and traveling for projects
• Tilt-wall, industrial, or large commercial project experience is highly preferred
