Job summary

Elsdon Group is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up restaurant and QSR projects across Texas and other markets. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring proven superintendent experience in commercial construction and willingness to travel extensively to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong ground-up restaurant and/or QSR experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

A leading commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Traveling Superintendent to their team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering ground-up restaurant and QSR projects and be comfortable traveling across Texas and nationwide as required.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through completion
• Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Maintain project schedules, safety and quality standards
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries and site logistics
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• Strong ground-up restaurant and/or QSR experience
• Must have experience taking projects from sitework through completion
• Willingness to travel
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, safety and scheduling
