Job summary

Water Resources Group is seeking a Superintendent for Dakotas projects. You will oversee daily production, coordinate trades, and drive safety and quality programs to deliver projects on time and under budget.

Preferred college degree in a construction field or a strong HS diploma with extensive field experience; 5+ years in highway heavy, industrial, or commercial construction with crew leadership. Long-term travel to job sites required.

We have an immediate, full-time, long-term opening for a Superintendent at project sites along the Dakotas.

Primary Function

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing production as well as the scheduling and coordination of all on-site construction activities, safety programs, and quality initiatives to deliver projects on time and under budget.

Educational Background

College degree in a construction-related field preferred. High school diploma with ample work experience accepted.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant trade experience on highway heavy, industrial, or commercial construction projects, with responsibility for crew management, document review, and production — or — post-secondary study resulting in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience running work.

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation range: $99,389 – $153,946
