Millwrights are responsible for installing, aligning, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment on construction sites, ensuring precision installation in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project drawings.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship program or trade school certification preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of Millwright experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction preferred. Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant equipment is a plus, but not required.
Not typically required. Basic familiarity with a tablet or mobile device for daily reporting is a plus.
Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, able to work independently and as part of a crew, and physically able to meet the demands of the job.
Minimal. Primarily based at the assigned North Dakota job site. May include occasional travel between sites within the region.
