We have an immediate, full-time, long-term opening for a Superintendent at project sites along the Front Range between Pueblo, CO and Fort Collins, CO.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing production as well as the scheduling and coordination of all on-site construction activities, safety programs, and quality initiatives to deliver projects on time and under budget.
College degree in a construction-related field preferred. High school diploma with ample work experience accepted.
Minimum 5 years of relevant trade experience on highway heavy, industrial, or commercial construction projects, with responsibility for crew management, document review, and production — or — post‑secondary study resulting in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience running work.
Microsoft Office products, basic knowledge of scheduling software, and Total Station.
Long‑term assignment to the jobsite location, which could be further than a reasonable commute distance from home.
