Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare, higher education, mission critical, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, higher education, mission critical, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
