Job summary

Allegiance Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role demands strong leadership, read/interpret drawings, manage multiple trades, and maintain OSHA compliance. Procore experience preferred; salary up to $145,000 DOE plus bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules and coordinating multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with construction management software such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project progress.
• Monitor project quality, scheduling, and productivity.
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.

The Role

As Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while providing leadership to field teams throughout the construction process.
