Job summary

Charles + Charles USA, a well-established commercial GC based in Charlotte, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across projects in the Carolinas. You will own the site from mobilisation to close-out, coordinating all subcontractors and trades, driving the schedule, enforcing quality, and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years as a commercial superintendent, experience on projects in the $5M–$50M+ range, OSHA 30 certification, and

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years as a commercial superintendent.
• Experience across two or more of the sectors listed above.
• Projects in the 5M–50M+ range.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Procore or similar software experience preferred.
• Strong communicator, organised, and accountable.
