Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Location: Charlotte, NC

Their Charlotte division runs multiple ground-up projects at any given time — tilt-wall, industrial, office, and mixed-use — typically in the $20M-$80M range. The Role

They're looking for a Lead Superintendent to own large ground-up commercial projects from sitework through closeout. You'll run the site, manage subcontractor coordination, drive schedule, and be the face of the project to the owner and design team. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, not a desk job.

What You Bring

• 7+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience running projects $15M+ from start to finish
• Strong sub management and schedule ownership
• Tilt-wall or design-build experience is a strong plus
• Procore or similar project management software fluency
