Job summary

IAPMO, a well-established commercial GC in Charlotte, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across projects in the Carolinas. You will own the site from mobilisation to close-out, coordinate all subcontractors, drive the schedule, enforce quality, and uphold safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years as a Commercial Superintendent, experience across two or more sectors listed, projects ranging from 5M–50M+, OSHA 30 certification, and Procore or similar

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
• Experience across two or more of the sectors listed (Hospitality, Education, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail).
• Projects in the 5M–50M+ range.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Procore or similar software experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the site from mobilisation to close-out.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and trade teams.
• Drive the schedule, enforce quality, and maintain safety compliance.
• Keep the Project Manager informed and ensure the project moves forward.
