SKIMS Sunset Boulevard Flagship is seeking an Assistant Store Leader, People, to partner with the Store Leader in building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development while shaping an inclusive, High-Performing store culture.

You will drive staffing, performance coaching, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and SKIMS policies.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in a people leadership role
• Strong knowledge of hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Proactive in identifying talent needs and building a pipeline
• Experience handling employee relations with professionalism and empathy
• Understanding of customer service impact from people leadership
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and service approach
• Able to stand, move around, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset to deliver exceptional service.
• Own talent acquisition for the store, including outreach, interviews, and hiring.
• Build a diverse pipeline and reflect SKIMS values in candidate experiences.
• Drive results by aligning staffing with store KPIs and customer experience.
• Oversee onboarding to welcome and set up new hires for success.
• Manage scheduling and labor planning to meet business needs.
• Identify training needs and build learning plans for growth.
• Support performance management and coaching culture across the team.
• Maintain compliant policies and handle employee relations with care.
• Identify future leaders and develop succession plans.
• Develop engagement strategies that celebrate individuality and foster culture.
