Job summary

Hai Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team and craft desserts for dinner service. The role focuses on pastry production including baking, sauce work, and chocolate work, with a morning to early afternoon schedule (approximately 6am–2pm).

Experience in pastry is preferred. We offer $17–$20 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry production preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Morning to mid-afternoon shift (6am–2pm) requires reliability and speed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts and pastry items for dinner service (baking, sauce work, chocolate work, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry station.
• Assist kitchen team to ensure timely dessert service.
