Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.

• Prepare pastry desserts for dinner service, including baking, sauce work, and chocolate work.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace and proper storage of supplies.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
