Hai Hospitality Group, owner of Uchi Washington DC, is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our morning-to-afternoon kitchen team. You will assist in creating exquisite desserts for dinner service, including baking, sauces, and chocolate work.

Previous pastry experience is preferred; we offer medical/dental/vision insurance, an employer-matched 401k, dining discounts, and opportunities to grow within the organization.
