Hai Hospitality is seeking Pastry Cooks for morning to mid afternoon shifts (7am–3pm). Prior pastry production experience is preferred. Earns $16–$20/hour based on experience, with growth opportunities and employee benefits.

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and restock inventory.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to access items.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with hot and cold kitchen temperatures.
• Move heavy objects to reconfigure space as needed.
• Use kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, knives) and keep workspace clean.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and maintain professionalism.
• Work in close proximity to coworkers in a busy kitchen.
• Tolerate exposure to allergens and food odors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene.
