Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking a Pastry Cook to be a vital part of our kitchen team, focusing on dessert production to support dinner service. The role involves baking, sauce work, chocolate work, and related tasks, in a morning to mid-afternoon shift (7am–3pm).

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Identify safety issues and follow guidelines.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environments.
• Maintain neat, hygienic workspace and proper uniform.
• Able to work in hot and cold kitchen conditions.

• Prepare and contribute to dessert production for dinner service.
