Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in a restaurant, resort, lodge, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast and lunch buffets.
• Organize and maintain well-stocked line stations for efficient service.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and presentation throughout service.
