Alterra's St. Bernard’s Restaurant at Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dependable Breakfast Line Cook for the seasonal kitchen team. You will prepare and execute breakfast service while upholding high standards for quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced kitchen, communicates with the culinary team, and takes pride in preparing quality food for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or breakfast cooking preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with high-volume breakfast service.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock the breakfast line and prep stations.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and timing.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast service with a clean station.
• Communicate with chefs and kitchen staff on orders and needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
